TLC’s Kids Mindfulness Meditation classes created by Masterdan a Yoga practitioner, Martial Arts master and former monk helps minimize anxiety and increase happiness in children.


Scientific research shows that the benefits of mindfulness on a growing body effects positively on mental health and well-being.  Naturally life can bring many levels of stress. Giving our students the skills of practicing mindfulness has been shown to improve attention and reduce stress as well as increase one's ability to regulate emotions and feel compassion and empathy.


Mindfulness is when one slows down and is paying full attention.  It is the opposite of rushing. It is taking your time and focusing in a relaxed, easy manner.  


Meditation is a set of powerful breathing techniques for calming and quieting the mind.


The Learning Circle’s unique Mindful Meditation Program is to set up our students for success.  We know each of our students will learn these skills at their own pace and ability. More importantly these skills taught at a young age will be the key foundation to handle what life naturally brings.
