Welcome to The Learning Circle's Foundation of Mindful Movement (Ages 1 to 12 years)
Foundations 1 - Early Learners for Ages 1-2:
Foundations Mindful Movements offers a fun and interactive program for children as young as one year old, helping to build a foundation of physical and mental wellness through yoga and positive affirmations. Children will learn basic breathing techniques through interactive games and movements, promoting control over their breathing and physical and mental wellness.
Foundations 2 - Explorers for Ages 2-3:
We encourage students to explore their bodies, emotions, and breathing through movement and play, promoting self-awareness, self-confidence, and inner peace. Students will learn to use breathing to manage emotions and reduce stress.
Foundations 3 - Pathfinders for Ages 3-5:
Students will continue to develop their physical and emotional well-being through yoga, positive affirmations, and interactive activities. This program will help improve focus and reduce stress. Students will be introduced to more advanced breathing techniques, including deep breathing, and belly breathing.
Foundations 4 - Emerging Leaders for Ages 5-12:
Our Foundations Mindful Movements program for this age group has a comprehensive approach to physical and mental wellness, combining yoga, movement, and positive affirmations. Students will learn techniques to manage stress, improve focus, and build a positive self-image, laying the foundation for a lifelong journey of self-discovery and well-being. Students will expand their knowledge of breathing techniques and learn how to incorporate them into their daily lives, using breathing to manage stress, improve focus, and enhance physical and mental well-being.
