Since 1992, The Learning Circle (TLC) has offered families a special kind of child care and education, one that is grounded in an environment of safety, respect, and harmony, fostering learning, self-worth, and confidence in children of all ages. We understand we play a major role in nurturing a child’s development. Due to the nature of our society, most mothers have to go back to work faster than they did decades ago.
