Welcome to our Ocean Park Campus in South Surrey!

Since 1992, The Learning Circle (TLC) has offered families a special kind of child care and education, one that is grounded in an environment of safety, respect, and harmony, fostering learning, self-worth, and confidence in children of all ages. TLC’s reputation for quality service, unique programming, caring and committed teachers and staff have families coming back year over year.

​We understand we play a major role in nurturing a child’s development. Due to the nature of our society, most mothers have to go back to work faster than they did decades ago. Which means, children are spending their most critical learning phase of their life in our campus. Our McCallum Tower Campus located in central Abbotsford and just minutes of HWY #1 makes this Learning Circle such a desirable location.
